I recently had to replace my mobo and format my hard drive, and to my knowledge I've updated my drivers to the most current and latest available, but I have come across an issue I have never heard of/seen before.Whenever I try and play a game that involves connection to the internet or another computer my fps drops through the floor. For example, if I play neverwinter nights2 on single player I do just fine, fps is easily over 40 and there is not a single issue.Once I load it up to multiplayer (even trying to play it on a private LAN not connected to the net) my fps goes down the toilet. It'll stay at 3-6 fps, making the game unplayable. This happens even if I am the host computer.I have also tried multiple internet connections and have the same problem, the issue is definitely with my comp and not my ISP.For general info here is my comp's specsPentium D 3.2 Ghz2 gb RAM (667 mhz)Ati x1900 CE 512mbAti x1900 xtx 512mbIntel 975x Lavacot moboThe network card is integrated onto the mobo, before I formatted my hard drive I wasn't having any issues with it.Does anyone have any knowledge of why this is happening and how to fix it? or even just some general tips to throw at me?Could it be possible my onboard networking is screwed?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
