Graphical issue with shapeshift tiger and winter wolf and treant

Hi, I have a friend who gets the buff when they shift into wolf or treant or tiger form but, the graphic does not correspond.  To elaborate, instead of changing into a tiger, tree or wolf they stay in their basic half elf form.  Can anyone please help with this. Thanks.

Ty Jrral I told them to check under options after i actually noticed that might be the issue.
