cant log on to my characters

<p>hi all</p><p> i last night set up my new computer, a huge upgrade over the old one. everythigns fine and i patched EQ2 up to date over night.</p><p>when at the launcher screen i can see all my characters, on both accounts when they are logged on, but wen i go through to character select none of them are there, on either account, and it asks me to create a character to start enjoying norrath etc.</p><p> as such i cant play on my toons, which is very frustrating.</p><p>i ran a full file scan and no joy, any ideas?</p>

If you do not you will not see your characters at teh character select screen. It is on the upper right corner of the EULA screen on the patcher
