Bugged: Fish, Glorious Fish

<p>The quest has been bugged for weeks and is currently uncompletable. I submitted a bug report back when I first noticed it and I may have even submitted a second report when I saw that a LU did not fix it. So I thought I would mention it here just in case there is something else going on.</p><p>The problem that I'm having is that the churnfish nodes are not available. I've done this quest before on another toon and when I did, I could select a churnfish node near the Omen's Call docks and fish from it to get the updates. I still see the graphic depiction of the churnfish node(little fish swimming together), but they are not selectable. This has been in game for some time and I personally reported it about a month ago. I tried deleting the question and getting it again, but still the nodes aren't there to select. Logging in and out of course does not work since I've had the problem for a month now.</p><p>I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look at this to see what may be wrong.</p><p>Thanks!</p>

They changed the quest to require that a while back.

I had the same issue as the OP and ran around getting my fishing skill up (from 14<img src="/smilies/b2eb59423fbf5fa39342041237025880.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />. Sure enough, I can now harvest the churnfish. Not sure if this is a feature or a bug, but ti does need 340 skill.</p><p>FYI, raising fishing skill took me through EF (min 140), Rivervale (190), SS (240) and TT (250). I probably could have skipped SS but I forgot it was so close to TT. All those areas have easily accessible fish nodes, although SS's are kind of scattered.</p>

<p>Thanks and no, I don't have that much fishing skill. This quest originally had no skill requirements and in fact, every harvest was a skillup for my first time through. They don't usually require a minimum skill for these special quest nodes. I'm still calling it a bug since I can't even target the node to find out that I'm lacking enough skill.</p>
