<p>On 99,9% of all group members I try to apply the level 20 funspell it says "has no effect on target."</p><p>What the heck is this? Why can't the funspell be applied to any other player (i.e. group member). What are the restrictions? Must have lower level? Mustn't be from freeport?</p><p>Devs, please make it usuable to ALL other players, no matter what alignment, level or class. At the moment it seems absolutely useless since it ALWAYS "has no effect on target". Just a detail, but... you know... Swashi factor.</p>

<p>Hmm Be charming to someone while pickpocketing them.. now theres something i could live with...</p><p>Anyways yes the level restriction on Charm is that the person you cast it on must be a lower level.. IE: your 80 and casting it on an 80.... no workie.... your 79 and cast it on an 80 and again no worky.. your 80 and cast it on 1-79 works..  besides that I gotta say the fun spell is realy stupid, hell brigs get Clobber.. </p>

No offense, but I really could give a care less about my level 20 fun spell. I would rather see any effort spent on swashy spell overhaul on Sleight of Hand. Which I will continue to say is completely useless (and our level 80 class defining spell).
