In-Combat MP Regen Cap

I can't seem to find where I put the equation to figure out your mp regen cap - can someone post it please?  My gut tells me something like 0.75 * level, but would like the actual equation if possible.Also, I've always understood it that the racial options go towards this cap, right?Thanks.

<p>the cap is level x 1.5 plus your base regen which is 1 for every 10 levels.</p><p>TO futher break down the cap power regen from gear caps out at .75 x your level, spell based power regen uses only the max cap, racial traits figure into the spell based regen and not gear based.</p><p>So at level 50 max rpower regen woudl be 75+ basic regen which woudl be 6 so you woudl have a max power regen of 81 at level 50, of which you could have a max of 37.5 from gear, the other 37.5 woudl come from either bard/chanter buffs or power regen traits.</p><p>At level 80 it woudl be 120 + basic regen which woudl be 9 maxing out at 129 for max regen of which 60 coudl come from gear.</p>
