Looking at september parse data(before Rok) and recent data(after rok) that we collect I see everyone pretty much moved up accordingly and things look pretty much the same in the group perspective. Some little shifts here and there due to new skills but largely the same. So since you are up there with mechanics working against you to fix those so they are right would just put you in a league of your own. Thats not a real fix for the problem and this is what we were seeing with the RSB/<u>Tenderwood</u> combo. So since a lot of the classes are close, I would prefer to take incremental approaches trying to smooth things out. As a scout class part of the design is to focus more on the CA damage while a fighter will focus more on auto attack damage. Aeralick seems to have no clue how much they cost. Rangers are looking at allot of plat per raid just to keep up with Aeralik's so called dps.</p><p>So, I want to start a petition in regards to arrow costs. It is unfair to the one class that has to purchase their arrow in order to make any decent dps. This needs to be fixed now.</p>

This is not the right forum for this.This is for Testing of stuff.. the debates on 'arrow cost' should be in the Game Play forum

Arrow costs effects all rangers. It has a DIRECT tie to our dps in the form of arrows.</p><p>Since Aeralik is somewhat fixing things, he needs to look at the obscene cost of arrows and how it affects the ranger community.</p>

Actually, the second poster is right. This forum is for stuff that is currently on test server. If some sort of changes were put in to effect on test involving arrow cost, then this would be the place to discuss it; since it's not, this isn't the place to ask for said change. I'd expect this thread to be locked/deleted/moved.

I think you are making a good point, but then it's nothing major currently - what about having one fix at a time?It's really not like you're going to use more arrows than before now (except if you were one of the lucky rangers with an arrow summoning bow, which wasn't in possession of any ranger!)So let's please stay on topic with the DPS affecting arrow changes first, and argue about this in the gameplay forums later.

I have to agree with the other posters and I am an 80 ranger. This is neither the time or the place to be complaining about the cost of arrows. A rangers primary purpose is DPS and its important our DPS be handled first correctly then we can worry about minor details (I understand it might not be minor to you but I don't worry about using a few stacks a night). I would be happy to trade the +dmg they get for losing the -hit rate...

Aeralik says our best arrow to use is Tenderwood arrows in order to achieve better dps. Tenderwwod arrows run over 1 gold per arrow. So, do the math here. (Ex: 100 arrows = 1 plat).</p><p>This is so wrong for ranger to pay extreme amounts of plat to obtain max dps. It is so related to the changes here. I don't want to pay the bank in order to achieve max dps.</p>

Petitions are not permitted as stated in the <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=411000" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">forum rules</a>.In addition, the In Testing Feedback Forum is for feedback on changes being evaluated on the Test Server. Starting a new thread to discuss arrow costs does not really fit here as changes to arrow costs are not really being tested at the moment.
