Equinox pre-order rewards

I got magazine with my pre-order sheet stating to calim my exlcusive LoN rewards, simply enter this code into you Station Account subscription.   Well the only place I could find won't take it.  Is there some secret, obtuse way to get to claim these items?  Please, if anyone has been successful, please, please post.  Tried going to LoN too, but couldn't find any where to do it either.

Is this something you got via email, or via regular mail?  I ask because all I've gotten regarding my preorder are two plain "vanilla" preorder confirmations that are nothing but plain text with no redemption codes or anything.It's not TOO important as I didn't preorder specifically for the house painting, but I would certainly like to claim it.
