I love these boards. I received such a great supply of informative answers to my last post of questions that I figure I'll try again.I've been using the Fetish Nightfall UI for a couple years now with no complaints, in fact I've always love it. (I even made a generous donation because it's been so helpful.) But recently another Templar told me that there was a much better raid healer UI out there. I think he referenced the Profit UI, but I'm not entirely positive.1) Anyways, I'm curious which UI higher level raiding templars are using, and what is considered the best Templar/Healer UI?2) My second question is for the more technical of you out there (a club I'm unfortunately not in). If I want to switch my UI from Fetish to something else, do I have to uninstall the UI (assuming it's possible) or can I just download the new UI and it will overwrite the older one?I might as well throw out another question while I have your attention...3) Are there any crafted items (potions, totems, tinkered items) that you all carry? I go through invis totems like popcorn, and always have WIS, power regen and power boost potions as well as toolkits, but because there are so many different types of stuff on the broker I just want to make sure I'm not missing something important. [Just realized that this question, or one similar, was asked recently on the boards, so feel free to disregard.]4) Resist Gear - How much resist gear do you all carry? Prior to Kunark I had two full bags of resist gear, just about something for every slot which was handy, but a bit much. So I'm curious how many items is probably appropriate, which slots (wrist/finger, I'm guessing) and if there are any "must have" resist items that can be purchased on the broker?5) What are the best websites to read up on raid encounters, strategies and loot? Thanks!!

Profit Reborn UI, for cures and heals on any raid member without having to switch targets. /FTW

2. To install Profit, download the autoinstaller, and it will install profit and make it the default, no need to remove fetish.

3. WIS potions for raid/group, INT potions for my solo build (more damage, not much but more is more)

Note: original Profit no longer exists or functions with EQ2.

AND KUDOS to GM9 for his hard work on the ui.

http://www.eq2interface.com/downloa...itUIReborn.html

Yup - Profit Reborn for the ability to heal and cure group/raid members without switching targets. Invaluable.

I recently made the switch from fetish to profit. It took awhile to get used to but at this point I'd say profit has the slight advantage. You can install a third party "click cure" component to fetish if that's the only feature you like of profit.

And as draz pointed out expert elixer of second sight is really the only green potion you need imo... i used to carry around all of them but now just second sight, clarity and a few reprieves for potions. Signets, temp adorns, power roots etc if you really want to be prepared for everything.

Oh and if you use Shield Ally don't forget your dodge/ parry food and drink for tough encounters

As for resists and backup gear I would probably try to keep enough gear to get every stat over 10-11k (not all at one time). I aslo have a few other items (two hander, dps peices, mana regen peices etc) just in case.
