First of all, most of the changes to the loot has been done well but i am still puzzled by a few pieces<b>Brigand Coif of Obstinate Resolution:</b>Why does the HAT remain 5 dps MOD? with no other stats except for pure statsSuggestion: either give this a better proc which aligns it with the rest of the set, or stats such as parry/defense, debuff proc etc...Right now the hat is < Manipulators Hood (T1 Instance Loot), and not even better than Praetorian Hood (From EOF which gives 1% Melee Crit + 6 Dps MOD)Please fix this, its loot from a tier4 zone - make it seem that way-----<b>Brigand Shoulders:</b>Additionally, the shoulders need some sort of stats or increase in the combat art damage for them to be worth it. Currently the field commanders mantle far outweighs it - 4% Melee Crit >> 100 Combat Art Dmg<b>6 Set Bonus: NEEDS TO BE CHANGED</b>15 seconds off Enfeeblement? Screwing with the recast timers of a skill that should be used in the double up combo (1 minute recast) is absolutely 0 benefit to brigands. I suggest even making ours like swashies (10% on CA Dmg) or giving a dmg proc... something that actually benefits us for going for the 6 setOther VP LOOT<b>Wheel of Nightmares:</b>It stats are far below that of the other shield from VP, with only 5 defense aswell compared to 8 defense. This items needs an update, it is not aligned with the tier of raiding it drops from - Please look into this.
