<p>"Normalized procs will now cap out at 5.33 second delay for calculations."</p><p>Ok...y'all didn't like the proc rates Rangers were getting with 9sec bows...that's between you and the Rangers...</p><p>Why drag crusaders *alone* of all the figher classes into this mess too? You have given us mostly 6sec delay 2handers for DPS...and we have to struggle to do even decent DPS as it is.</p><p>Why did y'all drop it *just* low enough to nerf Crusaders too? It's not even a big nerf but it almost seems as if you purposefully did this just to stick it to Crusaders specifically as it will not really affect any other melee class.</p><p>I'd really like to know the official reason why 5.33 was the number decided upon.</p>
