I have /bug reported this almost daily if not more over the last 3 weeks but the Coercer's 7 set bonus (on Live) and the 6 set bonus (now on Test) for the VP class armor are broken and have never worked correctly. The spell haste bonus is applied to the coercer only and no one else in the group is gettin the bonus.
