<p>The set effect for the bruiser 2 peice was not increasing on examine. I was not able to parse the proc rate though. </p><p>Also the BP and leg focus are not bahaving like the EOF set focus. The same focus for our eof set for the same combat art line would in EoF add the damage increase to each hit of the combat art while the RoK set only adds to the initial hit. This should preferably behave like the EoF set effect for each hit. </p><p>While i am also posting on these issues the upgrade of the stone of power from the avatar loot table is extremely underwhelming the increase went from 5% avoid to 6% avoid and had a small statisical increase. This allows the weapon to be inferior to several VP weapons. Alternatively it should increase the avoid from 5% to 10% and double the lifetap proc. Which would allow the weapon to be an upgrade and interchangeable with other weapons without it being underpowered. </p><p>I will test the set effect more later today. </p>
