Just trial servers?

Hello everyone.My friend just bought subscription on Everquest II after his trial ends. But when he create character there is still just two servers to choose.Anyone know what could be a problem?

the trial is on the regular servers, what most likely happened is that he selected the uk servers in region select by accident, on the launchpad where the eula is there is a dropdown menu where he will have to switch to us to see the us servers.
