Gu 44 new mounts

<p>I prefer the silence of a floating mount like the carpets or tinker clouds or my hover platform. I would like to see a small floating mount available at the same various price levels and stats as the Wargs for those of us that prefer the quiet and reduced size such a mount would offer. thank you</p>

Yes, but sadly I don't want it for those reasons. Hovering mounts seem more of a fantasy genre mount rather than a RL genre mount as we are getting.Clouds, Carpets, Hovering Platforms, Drakes(these don't even have to fly into the sky, they can hover on the ground). You get the picture, they are more along the lines of what you would seen in fantasy movies, books, games, etc.Warg's and Rhino's look like cheap rip offs of A) the horse mount, and B) World of Warcraft! (Sorry but, yes I said it.)I can understand why you guys would possibly want to add these, but I'd really like to see the mounts along the lines of EQ1 rather than from an entire game completely. Also this is a bit off topic but, I'll simply ask anyways.Think we could make it where whenever we die, our mounts are still buffed after? Much like how other buffed are. (Having a mount slot on the inventory window would be nice addition also.)

<p>I actually hate mounts in this game. I think they are necessary, but I dont see where its necessary for anything other then travel. My biggest peaves are when people are in buildings on a mount, fighting on a mount next to you, and the sounds associated with certain mounts. </p><p>I agree with the OP. More "Hovering" mounts would be awesome. Silent and most of the time not in my way or line of sight. I wish that mounts acted like they did in WoW. When you cross into certain area's (buildings, zones, certain areas) you were automatically dismounted. </p>

I wish they would offer some lower priced mounts, OTHER THAN HORSES, for Sarnaks? Do you realize how stupid a Sarnak looks on a horse? They should be riding some "el Cheapo" Rino that is just for Sarnak!!

On the contrary, I dislike the hovering mounts immensely. Wargs > all imo.

I wouldn't mind seeing something more appropriate for the fae and aresai, like the big dragonflies or the little winged dragon-like creatures that are in Greater Faydark and Lesser Faydark. They could be like the carpets, just hover above the ground and glide would work while on them. Why would a being that can fly want to be grounded on a horse or a warg? While I doubt they will ever make flying mounts that actually fly rather then hover, it would still make more sense that the fae and their evil counterparts would use flying mounts when they do use them.

I didn't see them on the stable master for sale so they probably come from a quest of some sort.
