Thinking of buying a laptop to complement my desktop and want to be able to run EQ2 on it.

I know of most issues and that EQ2 relies heavily on the CPU and is also memory hungry, but I suppose in a laptop the real issue would be the graphics card. So, anyone know what the minimum that I should go for would be? Would EQ2 run with a 8400m gs with 128mb dedicated memory for example or would I have to go with a 8600/9500 (or an ati 2600) card with 256mb?

I would also like to add that on the laptop I will mostly solo/do regular groups, no raiding or pvp. I'm also only after a decent performance with graphics turned down not being an issue.

Any suggestions or recommendations on these potential issues? btw I live in Sweden so no need to post actual deals on computers.

If this can help you I'm using a DELL Laptop XPS M1710 (CentrinoDuo 2Ghz|2Go RAM|GeForce 7950GTX 512mo) and it runs EQ2 very well @1920x1200 on Highest Quality with shadows off

Well,

I have been looking at that model myself, but I am more interested in cheaper laptops. As I said, when playing on the laptop I am more interested in just getting EQ2 to run decently more than the graphics being great.

Good choice of laptop though, I am very tempted by that model, but would rather save some money and buy cheaper at the moment
