Why would you decide to loose the 5% reuse for a soulsiphon proc. This is VP loot it should be better then pants from other tiers not worse. These pants should hold people over till they get set ones. If you want to upgrade them please add crit or +spell damage to current design. If left to soulsiphon most will get muted or sold to merchants.~Claudine~Wizzy of Permafrost

I'd love to hear why these were nerfed into soulsiphon pants instead of reuse pants. To most (that is ... well, all?) mages, reuse > mana procs, but then what do I know I'm only a mage. can we look into this and not have them go live w/soulsiphon please? Reuse is a lot more useful.

But power drains are so effective. Just ask the coercers and troubadors how powerful they are.
