Soulshattering Band - fighter useable intentional?

Just curious if the Soulshattering Band will stay useable by "all" and if that makes it overpowering in any way? If it is intended, then that probably makes it awesome for all fighters! However, I guess that isn't the case after how the Dreadscale Greaves got nerfed <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>actualy it looked like Shadowknights finaly got an Item  that would be usefull for once , but im sure if it isn't mage only yet it will be soon .  </p>
