New to the Game, Where is TD level 12-16 qyest hub area cant find it?

I am trying to remember where that is..  It is either the Gorowyn Beach area or the Mok Rent area.  Either way, you can take the Griffon to the new place....

After you finish at Thulwyn Station East with the Blackshields, next head to Gorowyn Beach via Griffon, where you deal with the Blackshields some more.  After that, you should get pointed in the direction of Mok Rent, accessible via griffon at Gorowyn Beach.
