Last night I was thinking about how I could possibly get some of my collection quests rewards back and it hit me

why not do a npc like you have for HQ rewards. The set up would basically be the same, if you completed the quest

you can get your item back.

Even though there are alot of collection quests you could have more then one npc, devide it by levels

1-20 collections on one npc

21-40 on another etc etc or however you want, you could even just start at like level 50+ collection quests

An interesting idea. However, for collection quests that give multiple rewards, how do you prevent a player from using the merchant to simply purchase all of them?

I'll keep this in mind, though, and ask around to find out how difficult it would be to implement.

Or code it to the npc has the one you originally got and the others aren't even offered.

Great now you got me thinking this might not work lol

More Problems: 1. There are only 32 HQ's...there are hundreds and hundreds of Collection Quests 2. There is only ONE reward per HQ (with a couple variations of the same item on a few of them: Jboots, DWB, SBS) there are THOUSANDS of rewards for Collection Quests.

On another note. Adding a way to buy your epic back if you sell it would be nice. (Not that I have. But I just noticed that the shady swashbuckler doesn't carry it and it got me thinking WHAT if someone DID?)

Along this thoughtline, how about in RoK, all quests involved with a certain faction, will allow you to buy back your quest rewards from the faction merchant too? Everyone I know has sold something they obtained from a quest but then wish they had back.
