The worst part of being feared is that you are doing nothing useful to generate hate.I have noticed stuff in COA stripping buffs, including the fearlessness one. I also had one of them do some sort of memblur - it popped off an AOE that tossed me up and immediately after aggro was bouncing around for a few seconds before I got it locked back down.
