Wasting AA points?

<p>level 77 brigand solo pvp build</p><p>Would I be wasting AA points with this buildSta 4/4/8/8/2Str 5/8/8/8/2Agi 4/8and will a CA have a better chance to hit by level, Say a Master I over an apprentice 4?</p>

I'm no pvper so I don't know about the build (but looks solid)  but I am pretty sure that combat arts generally have a 25% better hit rate and that the quality doesn't matter.   Some abilities like walk the plank have lower hit rates, but more ranks won't necessarily help, but debuffing defense, parry, and deflection certainly will.
