<p>I'm just pitching this idea out there. It sucks getting 1-shotted by epic mobs in Kunark all the time. Last night in Protectors Realm, I ended up pulling agro on a couple times and BAM! Dead monk with a 13,000 HP hit.</p><p>I was thinking: What if SOE programmed a maximum damage cap to monks? I think it would be cool if we automatically dodged (or at least mitigated) any hit that would have done more than a set amount of damage. I was thinking 100 HP per level. This would mean that a mob would never be able to hit a monk for more than 8000 HP at level 80. 8000 is a fair amount of damage that a monk can afford to take and still survive.</p><p>I don't know. Just some late night/early morning thinking.</p>
