Netherrealm only procs when I'm getting hit?

<p>Isn't that the way the spell reads?</p><p><a href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/items/item_profile.vm?itemId=207119" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://eq2players.station.sony.com/...m?itemId=207119</a></p><p>Spell says target is 'caster'</p><p>Then says when 'target' is damaged . . . </p><p>Can I vote that SOE spell descriptions have some of the worst grammar of any professionally (?) produced material ever?</p><p>I ask because i hear a lot of people casting it, but when i read it I put it on the solo bar.</p>

<p>Wording is always messed up on spells it seems.</p><p> but when you cast it and there are no mobs around, you get that message about nothing in area or whatever. once a mob gets close enough you will see the damage and will not get the message.</p>
