So... both of my wife’s accounts get accessed and completely [Removed for Content] today when we are at work (no kids or other family here) and then we notice Public service announcements at every turn. Players beware... If you have shared your password you are vulnerable to miss-use yada, yada, yada... What? All of these new announcements just because my wife’s account got pwned? Not likely. If the problem is so systemic to stimulate that much SOE activity then it is most likely and logically a single point penetration. Sure it could be a target hack on some fan/resource sites but her system came up clean on several scans and is updated. What is the deal SOE? Please shed some light... and if your account servers are vulnerable the most alienating thing you can do is blame you paying customer base for getting exploited.

Oh, and no we have never shared our account info with anyone, EVER!

Looks like a "Rootkit" keylogger got embedded in your system...and your typical anti-virii engines do not detect most rootkit keylogger programs! Nice try...next please!

P.S. - Your post is not a technical support question!

mmkay?

I'm locking this thread. For one, it's not a technical support issue (it could be seen as a technical issue, but not necessarily a TS issue within the scope of this forum) and outside of venting, which is completely valid, I see this thread as a heated issue that could only escalate downward.
