Brew Day Cloak issue

I've noticed that the Brew Day Cloaks don't allow you to display guild heraldry.  Is this a bug, or will it stop when Brew Day is over?Thanks

It is one of the very few cloaks that actually looks good (besides the crafter epic ones, some of the LoN ones and Cloak of flames). Why ever would someone want to cover it up with guild heraldr wich isnt all that remarkable to begin with is beyond me- there are enough of plain cloaks to do that with. <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/385970365b8ed7503b4294502a458efa.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

Well I don't like the look of it.  I only did the quest for it because it's a long length cloak.  My guild happens to have a very attractive heraldry.  Back to those silly pointed ones then.Edit:  As a side note, the previous Errolisi cloaks from the Love Festival allowed guild heraldry.

yes, because these fluff cloaks should be used as a way of getting a full length cloak cheap ::rolleyes::

Just buy a crafted long length one then, im sure ive seen them.

However, neither have this nice texture and look to them, they're just plain cloaks which have guild patterns on them. That is probably why those can display, and this does not, this one is meant to be seen.There are some low level quests which give full length cloaks. The Fay arcanist's cape from Crushbone (Dishonored Dead quest). As well as the shadow lord cloak from TD, I believe.
