I know I remember having read someone mention this a while back, but I don't recall if there actually was a reason:Why are the Rillisian Iksar so tall?

Yeah no kidding. The leader is at least 14 feet tall. Ogres only go to 10!

I don't think it's a lore reason, but rather a game mechanic's reason. They tend to make stronger mobs bigger than weaker mobs for some reason.
