Windowed mode without border?

Is there any way to get rid of the windowed border and STILL keep it in windowed mode?   I hate the blue bar across the top of my screen <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

I'd be content for it to have a maximized window that is similar to how a number of other non-game programs have their max-window done -  having the window maximized and yet keeping the start bar visible and able to be used.- Katsi

Does anyone know if it is possible to get rid of the top window border that is present during windowed mode?
