When do I get poisons

My brigand is level 13.  Is there a vendor that makes poisons for my level?  Or should I be crafting them?

<p>you got poisons at lvl 1. either buy them from other players (broker) or craft them (duno if their is any NPC selling poison)</p>

Alchemist NPCs sell poisons. They are not as good as player crafted ones but they are good enough for levels 13-20. As soon as you can afford it or when you get your crafting skill up start using player-made mastercrafted poisons.
