Watercooling Setup

Can anyone suggest a watercooling setup, I'd prefer parts to kits, more so because you can get the most out of parts then you would kits. I want to overclock my quad core to 3.2ghz from 2.4ghz. I might as well add two video cards and a northbridge onto the load as well. /discuss

Thanks, I think Im gonna go with a Swifttech Apogee set up. Seems reasonable.
