Dream Scorcher (fabled) or Mace of the Imprisoned?

What is a better choice for raid/group healing: Dream Scorcher (fabled, NOT mythical) or Mace of the Imprisoned (Anaphylaxis reward)?  I also have Soulfire Hammer to choose from, but I think the other 2 are probably better... just having a hard time picking between them.

I would say the proc on mace of the imprisoned is more practical/useable than our epic's proc, and it doesn't go away when you take spell dmg.

I have to agree with Beastmage.  The mace is, sadly, a better choice for most situations than the fabled Dream Scorcher.
