I am fully patched, have completed multiple full file scans, chosen "download immediately", all Preferences options checked, in-game settings of voice volume comparable to other volumes, no mute options selected, still no NPC voice-overs. Any suggestions to get the voice-overs? I really like the voice-overs....

Do you have Desert of Flames?

I believe I have all packs, enhancements, expansions, etc. I bought the full EQII package about 1 month ago (FYI, I go WAY BACK with the original EQ, to 1999 or so) but have only just tried EQII. In any case, I have whatever the full package was 30-45 days ago.

First thing I would try is going into your preferences on the launcher and make sure you have selected the option to download all voice overs, also keep in mind that not all NPC's have voice overs. Second thing that I would try it to make sure that you run a full file scan to make sure that all files are there and not corrupt in any way. If that does not work, please make sure to post more specific system information on what you are using, DX info will work. If you are unsure how to obtain that information refer to the sticky on the top of the page here.

OK, DXDiag info returns "no problems" in all respects, including full manual audio tests. If a TSR would like the full output, please post reply or contact me directly and I'll provide it - the output seems far too verbose to clutter this thread without TSR request.

Per my original post, all suggestions from Pravius have been tried (multiple times), including UNCHECKING the voice options, full-file-scan, then RE-CHECKING voice options, full-file-scan, etc. I am also aware that not all NPCs have voice overs, but in my case, NO NPCs have voice overs.... Seems such a simple thing.... I get all other audio - environment, fauna, music, etc....
