EQ2 takes ages to release focus in windowed mode.

Is it just me or is EQ2 taking longer to release focus to other applications than it used to?I noticed it about a month or so back when all my MSN conversations started missing the first couple of words of what I was typing and am curious if anybody else has observed similar behaviour, if not I shall start looking at my system, which continued to have the same issue after a clean install last week.

I personally have not had any of these issues.  Post your systems specs if you could.

I know you just said it but I would try to update the video driver.  I know eq2 has some issues with the 8800's I am not sure if that is an issue.  I am currently using a 9600GT and it is pretty seamless in windowed mode so I would say it is a software/hardware issue.

I have an identical problem to the OP, and I have done for probably a year or more...I built a brand new system 3 months ago and there was no change. I kinda got used to it, but its just annoying.
