... with the city of Gorowyn .What a beautiful design for crafting. I mean Kelethin is good but Gorowyn is amazing. You exit the front door of whatever scale of housing you want only to find yourself in the middle of the tradeskill area with bankers, brokers, writ givers, merchants, etc all just a few steps away.ANDGood toons can use all of these things too (just can't get housing it seems - at least I've only found a way to move from fp to Gorowyn)If you are at all like me and craft like a crazy person you may not have had a chance to go and check out Gorowyn but it would be well worth your while .
Yer right in that goodies can't live in Gorowyn.. it's technically Neutral Evil or something =PBut I love it too. Most people say they hate the layout of gorowyn in general, but it's awesome for crafters, and awesome in general once you get used to it (IMHO)
Just takes some getting used to. Once you learn what falls won't kill you it becomes a very fast city to navigate.

and I failed to mention that for the higher lvl adv (or harvester) there is a griffen to bb (no waiting for that silly boat), a carpet to SS, and a portal to kp ... only thing that is missing or that I haven't discovered yet is a spire into the overrealm.Hmm when my crafters finally leave tg I think I'll have to move them all to Gorowyn . They don't have houses anyways so I doubt they'll complain ... and if they do I'll threaten to reroll them . If I'm not mistaken the writs are even for your own society .. at least my fae was getting tunare's alliance faction while crafting there.

The Wards is a wonderful area, with everything a crafter needs. The rest of Gorowyn is the most unwieldy, awkward place to navigate in I've yet seen in EQII. I ignore it completely.

*sings songs of praise for The Wards*
