A new player.. cant play?! Crashing. Help!

Hi all!Myself and my wife are trying to play, i run fine.. but she keeps crashing.At fiorst it was after about 30 mins play, then 10.. then 5 and now it seems to be every time she loads in, soon as she loads in!Its mainly crashing to desktop with no error message and sometimes randomly a whole system lock.What is it?All other games run fine for her, Sims 2, etc etc.her system is poor, but i got everything set to lowest and she runs it smoother than me... though it looks ugly. lolXP22001gig ramGF ti4400 128megAny help plz?I done clean install, update all latest drivers and stuff. Scans etc.Any help if she cant play.. I cant play! Means a wasted £50 quid buyign the game online and then no future subs! dam it I loving it as well!

According to the compatabiltie test it can.... Just the MX range cant.I got everything set to performance max, so everything looks worse than a game made in 1990 lol.Surely it must be able to run this old game....If the card is not compatiable then how on earth did she play for a hour for the first night?  Did it suddenly say "AHH NOO I JUST REALISED ITS A ti4400!! TURN OFF AND CRASH!! QUICK!!"boom..And then constant crashing.Surely if it was incompatabile it would not work at all or hardly at all, she can play randomly for some time,  but others she cant.
