Ok, so I've been reading about the issues EQ2 has with Vista, but haven't really found any real solutions. Also the issues with 8800 cards, but no real solutions. And the thread about running out of memory is just a data collection thread. So is there any real answer? I can play the game for about 5 minutes with frames going between 70 and 5, stuttering over half the time, and then inevitably crashing. Is SOE actually working to fix any of these issues? I downloaded the hotfix for the memory issue but it still happens constantly, and it doesn't make any sense that a game that came out 4 years ago won't run hardly at all on today's hardware. If every other game runs fine on today's hardware, but one game doesn't, why do the makers of the one game pretend that it's the hardware manufacturer's fault?
