Dwarven Swashie Question

<p>Hi all</p><p>I'm new to the game and liking the idea of rolling a swashie.  Thing is, I like playing Dwarves.  Past rpg experience hints these may not make the best swashies due to low agility.</p><p>So the question is pretty simple .. is it worth me making one or is he just going to be utter crap?</p><p>cheers for any advice</p>

Racial starting statistics have no impact as soon as you will level up a bit, so basically any race can play any class. What may matter more are racial traits, so you should maybe have a look at dwarves racial traits before... For instance as a half elf I got a mitigation debuff, 1% more crit (if I remember correctly), and some extra run speed...So some racial traits/class combinations are better than others, but once again end game it does not matter much. Pick the race you like is probably the best advice <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
