When creating a new character, upon entering the world, you are given the option to apply an existing toon's UI, for this new toon... My question: Is there any way to access this after that initial opportunity?...

Reason for asking: I have one character who's settings work perfectly when I apply his UI to a new toon.... but if I select any others, the windows are ALL over the place, which is odd, because if I log onto the toon who's UI I applied to the NEW toon, his windows are fine. I am using a skin, if that has any connection...

Thats a fast answer but not easy to remember. This is easier in case you forget:

Type /load then hit the <TAB> key and you'll get a list of all commands that start with /load_ TAB is basically a search.

Just beware one thing about loading another character's UI settings: chat channels are part of them. When you load, the game will subscribe you to all of the chat channels subscribed to by the character you're loading from, even the ones you don't have permission to join. This leads to "stuck" channels: you don't have permission so you can't join them, but since you're not fully in them you can't leave them. They occupy channel numbers, but they don't appear in your channel list and you can't get rid of them through the game. The solution I had was to use my mule to hold the settings, with no permission-required channels subscribed on that character. Then I can load other characters from the mule and not have to worry about chat channel issues. They have improved things a bit recently. Currently the non-level-based same-alignment channels seem to filter themselves out properly, so the class- and race-specific channels will disappear like they should. Level-based channels still get messed up, and if you load from a character of a different alignment the filtering doesn't work.
