Water corrupted since update

Since the update today water is corrupt on my system. In windowed mode it looks fine but when I go back to fullscreen it's corrupt again. I can't play in windowed because my computer doesn't like it but the water looks so bad in fullscreen it actually hurts.Anyone have any ideas? I have tried rebooting the game but that does nothing.

Yes, the update must have altered my settings. When I change to 'balanced' it displays fine. Thanks.
