<p>Why can't we have smiling characters? We all run around scowling or frowning like we are sooo [Removed for Content] at the world. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>I also can't understand why we can have all this stuff for our houses, yet we can't lay on a bed, sit on a chair, or actually drink, lol, sure would be nice!!</p>

You can actually, just type /mood happy in game and you should start smiling! There are a variety of moods to choose from, some are really funny like sleepy!

<p>I agree! It would be nice to be able to sit in a chair, or lie down for a nap, and actually SEE our characters do that.</p><p>Being able to sit in a chair around a table and eat while chatting with guildies would make a great guild officer meeting. They should make it so your arms/hands actually look like they're moving food/drink to your mouth in a steady or random fashion... anything would be good! lol</p><p>"Pass the roast pheasant... and dont forget the Brell's Brew!" <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/e8a506dc4ad763aca51bec4ca7dc8560.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" /></p>

As a human, I would love to be able to /smile and just have my face smile for like 5 seconds, and not do the rediculous aw-shucks or way-to-go arm thingy that makes me look like a wus.

<p>Yep, as already stated by some other more quick folks...  </p><p>Try <span style="color: #0066ff;">/mood happy</span></p><p>There's other moods you can have ingame too, and to negate them if you don't like it, just use <span style="color: #9933ff;">/mood none</span>.</p><p>~Gnobrin!</p>

Maybe it's just my half-elf SOGA model, but I think the happy mood is more of a psychopathic I-want-to-eat-your-children mood.

if you simply type in /mood  it will give you the entire list of facial expressions you can have going.  They are permanent until you change them.

<p>The moods are</p><p><span style="color: #009900;"> <b><i>/mood happy</i></b></span></p><p><b><i><span style="color: #0000cc;">/mood sad</span></i></b></p><p><b><i><span style="color: #cc0000;">/mood afraid</span></i></b></p><p><b><i><span style="color: #ff00ff;">/mood tired</span></i></b></p><p><b><i><span style="color: #990000;">/mood angry</span></i></b></p><p><b><i>/mood none</i></b></p><p>All of them change the facial expression of the character (Except <b>none</b> which resets it to normal).</p>

The only problem I have with /moods are that the happy looks quite insane. Just a content grin would be nice. Or some spontaneous emotes instead of standing around looking comatose.Friends or guildmates approach the character reacts positively.Or reactions to NPCs based on the con. Something... Create a fluid social environment. Ok I can dream can't I? Can't I? hehe
