Tooltip

I have only been playing EQ2 for about a month and I know there is options to make the tooltip larger or smaller, and to remove the tooltip all together.I haven't seen this option or maybe over looking it, but is there a way to adjust the tooltip to another part of the screen.For example when i hover over a spell, I like seeing the spell details,  just not over my spell bar. I would prefer to have the tooltip like on the right side of my screen. Or put it some place else.I suppose this is not an option?

There is an option for smart tooltips.  Always will make sure tooltips avoid all open windows.  Smart might let the tooltip cover something you need.  Look in the tooltips section of options.
