Right now I'm in Timorous Deep and just hit 20. Should I hang out here if I can still find quests or is it time to head out? Any recommendations? I was thinking about doing starting the gear quest but I'm told that the TD gear is as good or better then the quest gear anyway. At what level does the Necro do the epic quest and is it necessary? Thanks.John

I feel the general consensus for questing is to take the Griffon from TD to Butcher Block Mountains for 20-28. You could also run quests in Nektulous Forest or Thundering Steps.

Nektulous has a nice solo quest line at the docks, and they are stringed pretty close together, so less running around for a bit. Overall though, Nek has alot of running back and forth.

I went through the Freeport Armor Quest (AQ) to have the items and for the AA. I really like the Shadeweave robe at the end. I am 29 now and still have several pieces of the TD gear equipped.

If you want dungeon experience, I can recommend Stormhold for low 20s, and then Ruins of Varsoon or Crushbone for mid to high 20s.

Once I found the solo timelines I've never looked back. They are serious xp and AA xp bonuses. The only problem is you won't surpass your level with AA points until you hit the low 40s most times if you do all the quests you can find. Not a big problem for me, but some people like to turn off their xp and finish. I figure I'll just mentor down when I need to do something lower.
