I would like to change the forum name viewed on the left to one of my in game chars but none of them show up when i try to change personas.  How do I fix this or what am I missing?

It could be your browser itself due to the security settings being to high and an old cookie with old information that needs to be removed.In order to clean cookies please do the following :1. Please open an Internet Explorer Window and click the tools menu at the top of the page, in that menu choose the Internet Options. 2. In internet options on the first page click the delete cookies button. 3. Then Click delete files then check delete all offline content then ok 4. Now click on Settings and make sure the Every visit to the page is selected then press okay, 5. Next go to the privacy and click advance  then click on "Override automatic cookie handling".6. Then make sure 1st and 3rd party are set to allow.7. Click on always allow session cookies.8. Click on okay to all then try again.

i've done all of the above and still this is the only selection i see for switching personas on the forums.  is it perhaps something i'm missing about the steps to actually switch personas?

I take it you have other characters in game?

yes.  all of my char slots are full, and i would still LOVE to be able to post under their names, but still am unable to figure out why i cannot.

TSR-DanT may know of things I do not, but this has been discussed many times over on the <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/forums/show.m?forum_id=2598" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Forum Help and Discussion Forum</a>.  If the character you wish to post as is not guilded, you cannot post as that character.  It isn't clear if that is by design, a bug, or a "feature". <img src="/eq2/images/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />
