Error in character transfer

Hi, I would have posted this under the right board, but getting anyone to respond there is very slow. I've tried to transfer a character from one server to another but I've had the following email back from SOE:___________________________Your order has been completed, but we encountered an error during the process.Please review the information below in order to determine the nature of the issue.Game: EverQuest IICharacter: FlatleyServer Name: ButcherblockFAILED TO MOVE TO SERVER: Antonia Bayle(With Items)REASON: Service Violation (please review) or Generic Fail (may work later)TRANSACTIONS REQUESTEDTOTAL SERVER-TO-SERVER MOVES WITH ITEMS: 1TRANSACTIONS BILLEDSUBTOTAL FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS BILLED: $0.00TAX FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS BILLED: $0.00VAT TAX FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS BILLED: $0.00DISCOUNTS FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS BILLED: $0.00TOTAL AMOUNT BILLED: $0.00_______________________What do I do now? I've emailed them back but haven't got an answer yet. And as for "service violation", I really have no idea what that's all about. They sure make it hard to give them $50...Thanks.

<p>Make sure you have everything off the broker, your mail is empty (all including spam), that the from and to account information is exactly the same.</p><p>You can call them or use their live chat for assistance also. This is a list of most common reasons a character transfer fails:* All items on the consignment (broker/fence) must be completely removed, including money and containers.* All items owned by the character must be completely repaired.* No mail should be present in the mailbox for the character, regardless of read status.* The character should be clear of all experience debt.* The character's house, access permissions, and all items therein, including the House Vault items, will transfer to the destination, intact.* The contents of the character's main bank will transfer, in whole, excluding the shared bank items, which are attached to the server/realm/account.  Items in the source account/server/realm's shared bank will become unavailable after the character arrives at its destination.* Transfers are not allowed from Station Exchange servers.* Transfers to Station Exchange servers are only allowed after the character has been stripped of all items that are tradable, including coin, and provided that the character is not attempting to be transferred to a PVP server.* Transfers are not allowed to PVP servers, unless the character is transferring from the same PVP server, but to a different account, instead of a different server.* If a character by the same name is already on the server, there will be an option to change the name of the character to a different one that is still within the scope of the Naming Policy for EverQuest II.After you reivew this list, fix the issue on the character, and try the move again.
