Wizard Teleports

Been looking for awaile and I cannot seem to find a good explanation for wizard and warlock ports. Can someone list which ones are currently active (by zone) and are wizards required to complete a quest like druids?

Ports for sorcs are:     Commonlands, Antonica, Greater Faydark , and Terrens Grasp in Kylong Plainssimply go to the spires in the zones listed, harvest the giant scroll laying around em (you really cant miss it)  and return to your cities mage tower, turning them into the npc with the <portal trainer> under his name

Is kylong plains in kunark?

yes KP is the zone you end up in 1st after the boatride from the CL/Ant docks.
