Nope. Two choices.. Station Pass for $30 and 12 slots or a second account for another $15/month. The advantage to the station pass is that all the characters have the shared bank box.

The only thing that playing US, EU and on Test is that you are playing with different folks on each one and that your characters do not share any kind of resources across servers. If you solo a lot Test may be a good choice for you also as the xp is increased there and they are a very helpful bunch but it is a small community. You can also stay in contact with it as they have a world channel you can join with any character. I join just because I usually get the most advice from there./join Test.Testor if you are on Test/join TestAnd then you have a new chat channel to talk with folks on.

To select which region there is a drop down clickable menu at the top of one of the log in screens.

It is not quite as simple as that however, as the updater checks the file requirements for the region you select, and the US and Euro files are not the same, so if trying to use the same single EQ2 installation you will be doing lots of updating, and then back again. If you have the disk space, consider two complete installations and run one as a US region, one as Euro.

I play on both EU and US servers and find that generally the update process is not a problem. However, whenever a big update occurs it is posted to US servers first. This can cause a HUGE download issue when switching servers but the simple solution is to not log onto the EU server until they have the update too. The US usually updates at 9am CST and the EU usually updates about 10pm CST the same day,but not always, so be sure to keep track of when big updates are expected.
