Don't know where to post this since i don't see an eq2 forums section for support

I'm not really sure where to post this since i don't see a section in the eq2 forums directed at support, but i'm getting the dreaded application ran out of memory error and i'm not sure how to fix it.  I thought it was supposed to have been addressed in an update but i'm not sure on that.  any help would be most appreciated.

I have this issue if I select the preset high quality and I am in Neriak. I get it randomly elsewhere but it is annoying. I think it is caused from shadows though really.Lower settings is basically the workaround at the moment until they figure out what the actual issue is. I actually use some preset settings my UI has. It has a quality setting and has actual shadows turned off I believe. I do set my render distance to max and the shaders so it all looks good but no shadows and not sure of any other exact settings.Profit UI which I use and Fetish Nightfall which I used to use both have these preset settings and I am sure some of the other packages do as well.<a href="http://www.eq2interfaces.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.eq2interfaces.com</a> is the place to find them if you are interested.
