Switching cities

I've a main in GF and I might want to bring my friend, who plays a Q-Barbarian over to GF instead.  How much trouble will it be for him to move?  Thanks.

<p>The move from Qeynos to Kelethin is actually quite easy.  It's just a citizenship switch, not a full betrayal.  He won't lose his spells or anything like that.</p><p><a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Citizenship" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Citizenship</a>  gives a good walkthrough of how to do it.  Shouldn't take more than an hour or so from what I understand.</p>
