RAM Allocation

I've currently got 4GB of RAM, Vista Ultimate(32bit), and the GeForce 7950GT 512MB video card.  Now, Vista only "sees" 3.25 GB of the ram, so that leaves .75.  Is there a way to allocate that for video?  Thanks for any help/suggestions.
