I tried to log in all morning, andd it keeps saying invalid password/user name. I have reset my password and user name as suggested in troubleshooting and is still doing the same thing. Have also phone tech support 4 times each time getting the same loop over and over with no one answering.. way to go SOE.. GREAT TECH SUPPORT!!  need help please!!

<p>Have already changed my password. Tried phoning tech support. long distance for me and was on a loop for 8 mins.. the same recordings over and over... phoned 4 different times that day, and the same thing, could never talk to an actual person there, just kept asking the same questions over and over. Really frustrated that you can never get any help.</p>

dont want to be a jerk but did you make sure caps lock is off (or on if yu password is caps)? it's a simple mistake anyone can make.

I'm sorry you were unable to get through to some one on the phones.  I assure you it is not an unending loop, as there are almost always customers on the phones with our agents.  Please let me know if you have any Tech issues I can help with.
